Swat Wildlife and Insulation

We were referred to SWAT Wildlife after calling a different company on HomeStars which couldn't service our location. Once I called, Patty answered and was upfront about the cost and initial service fee. They were not able to put us in right away for a visit as they were busy, but came 2 days later. Derek arrived and was very knowledgeable and recommended the one way door at the entry point we knew about with additional screening put along under the eaves troughs and stone where they were entering. Unfortunately this was a problem we bought with this type of stone work on the front as gaps were very apparent allowing entry. So we ended up covering part of the front of the home first, but this failed as a week later, they were still in there, so they came back and we covered all of it. We probably didn't have to, but Johnny/Derek both recommended it. Very expensive, but the workman ship was well done, clean and tidy considering it was the front of the home. We were lucky enough that our stone colour did not make the screening that visible, which was very important to us, otherwise, we would have gone with a much more expensive solution to install facia/underlay under the eaves to block the holes. We also installed screening on the attic vents and an additional 1 way door was put. They came back another week later and removed both one way doors as they were now gone. We were told the screening material used would not rust, just oxidize; we hope this is the case. They also guarantee their work for 1 year. This company is professional and customer service friendly, however I think they do upsell you on potential entry points with the idea that if they have to come again, you will get another initial service charge if you don't cover up the additional areas they recommend on the initial visit.
