Ordered a christmas gift dec 14th.paid priority shipping over $17.00.was suppose to get an email item has shipped.al unable to check order status as say with oder# sent in first email says that it does not exsist.on monday dec.19th from 9am-1am next morning unable to get through to a rep.on hold for more than 30 minutes each time.contacted them through facebook and was told to send email,which i did.heres the thing,find out there are so many complaints for the same thing.problem has exsisted for a long period and sears has failed to do anything.apparently when people order online,no one recieves an email their package has shipped nor receive their packages.getting through to a rep is next to impossible.many have emailed to no avail and never get a response.some of the lucky ones to get through and get a refund are still waiting after alpng period of time.sears will not respond to their pleas for help.with my order,i checked my bank right after and they already had taken my money.so it eas very quick.i know ill my daughter will not receive her christmas gift i sent and i have no money to replace.sears knowing full well about the problems and still allowing online orders without fixing anything is robbing people blind.thick as theives they are.so im on for a long battle.
