Service almost non-existent from Sears Canada
Ordered a pair of washer/dryer online Nov 18, estimated delivery Dec 9. No communication up to Dec 9 morning, so I called and was told that it should be delivered that morning. Waited the whole morning nothing was happening, called again, and again, both times were told to wait. Nothing happened.
Wrote a letter to customercare@sears.ca, till now three business days later there was not even an acknowledgement.
Called again today to be told to hold so they could reach delivery to investigate. More than a hour has passed and no word from them.
p.s. just received a call back to tell me that the items will delivered and I will be receiving a call to that effect.
The whole time the frustration was that there was NO communication at all and each time I initiate a call I could not get a straight answer!
