I order an rear facing car seat during the Black Friday sale. It was supposedly coming in 3 -7 business days but never arrived. First phone call I was told that it this product was no longer available but when I checked Their website it was still available but not with he original Black Friday sale price. Then I was transferred to another customer employee where I was told it was coming and it would arrive within another week. Again it never arrived. Second phone call another hour on hold I finally reached a supervisor. The supervisor told me that this product was on back order and they needed to talk to the manufacturer to she when this product would be available for shipping. He told me he would personally phone me within 72 hours to give me a date on which day he would receive it so it could be shipped me. 4 days later no phone call from the supervisor. Third phone call an hour and half later I talked to another supervisor. I was tokd this product is no longer available. A month waiting for a product not one phone call or email from sears to inform me that this product is not available. Three phone calls and over 3 hours of my time wasted. I was never offered any compensatoon. I will never order fro sears and I advise you to do the same. Worst company I've ever come across.
