I ordered Christmas gifts from Sears Canada Nov.28 thinking this would give me lots of time to receive my order as everything was in stock. It is now Dec.17 and I received one item. Everytime I call to inquire I am told to wait 24-72 hours for a reply by email. No one knows where my order is and to keep a customer of 45 years happy they will not replace my order unless they can bill me again. Why would I do that when I am already out money with them. It doesn't help when I call to make an inquiry and customer service tells me they are sorry from the Phillipeans. No wonder I am on hold for 45 minutes waiting for help.
