Placed a online order for 6 shirts, and some socks. There were 2 sets of 2 shirts, and 2 individual shirts. 4 Packages of shirts total, and a 3 pack of socks. I got 3 packages of shirts. 4th (double pack) was missing. Paid for 6 shirts, got 4 total. They billed me for something i didn't get. Even the invoice that came with it didn't even list the other set of shirts, but they charged me for it anyhow. Never ordering anything from here again.
This is the 2nd time i've ordered online and had problems with them. First time, they double billed me for some clothing i had purchased. Then when i had called my bank to verify it, between sears canada, and my bank. Sears said they couldn't find the transaction of the 2nd billing. IT took them nearly 3 weeks just to find it, and another 2 to release the funds from the double charge, back to my bank.
Their quick to take your money, but what you get in return might not actually be what you paid for. This company is crap when it comes to shipping. They filled most of the order, but did not complete it. Guess that's what happens when you hire people who use homer simpson as a job reference.
