When our clients call, we inform them about the $69.95 travel and dispatch charge. The $69.95 is charged to help cover fuel fees, technician wages and other overhead expenses. If the other company is charging only $90 for the entire call, the concern I would have is, what corners may they be cutting?
We strive to provide the best customer service possible and are up front and honest with our clients at all times. When a technician arrives at a client’s home, he assesses the situation and goes over all the pricing with the client before going ahead with any work. At this time, the client is also asked to sign off on the price and work to be completed. This way, there are no surprises at the end of our visit.

Thank you manual for taking the time and giving us your feed back about our service I've talked to the tech as to what was done at your home and can assure you that the repair was done up to todays standards with today's best material. I've also became aware that you were not on site when our tech was there so maybe you have been mis informed by the scope of the project and the time taken to complete the project. According to our gps units on the company trucks, the time dedicated towards this job was between 3:33pm to 6:17pm. Hopefully this information helps as I can understand the concern if you thought this was just a 20 minute job.

I was one of the technicians that attended your business on February 11th. First I would like to thank you for your patience as for this job in particular there is special equipment needed that we cannot keep in the trucks in the winter due to the fact that the equipment can freeze and damage. In situations like yours we will first come out and see if anything can be done before we have to go through the time and your expense of bringing out our more expensive equipment. I did say on Friday that I would be at your business first thing Monday morning. I apologize for not being there was I said I would as it took me longer then expected to get and test all the equipment needed for this job.
