They were great. They were very friendly. They sorted out the problem we were having. It felt very safe with them in the house. They were also professional. We did have an issue just after they left. The furnace was making a noise but they sent someone out within a day, very quickly. Now we only have that noise every once in a while.

Our shower started leaking into the ceiling late on a Sunday night so we flipped through a Yellow Pages to find someone who could come out and fix it. We had to call Action Auger repeatedly to get them to come out as soon as possible because we weren't going to pay for someone to fix the ceiling as well because one company couldn't come quickly enough. However the serviceman was wonderful! He couldn't have been more polite, or nicer, and was just a really nice fellow. He fixed the issue right away and was absolutely amazing.
