Very professional company, provided quick service and the pricing was excellent. Have used them for a water heater install as well as maintenance and they did a great job. Would definitely use them again.

Edward & Daniel installed a new Hot Water Heater last week. Our neighbour had a very positive experience with this company and recommended Mckinnon to us. We known Mckinnon Heating and Cooling company thru internet and we planning to installed our heat pump and we research the good brand and we find out the one of the dealer is Mckinnon so from then and now because of the good services of the company we decided all our need regarding heating and cooling we always used there services.

The McKinnon team was pleasant efficient and professional in replacement an Eighty year old radiator control valve .

I would like also mention that master plumber and his apprentice were quiet and ( didn't swear. refreshing in this day and age!)

No hot water. Called on a weekend and a technician responded promptly. Trouble shooting determined the gas valve had failed. The company owner sent me an email the following day (Sunday) understanding we were without hot water, advising locating the replacement part would be their top priority. They called me early Monday morning to let me know they had sourced the part, were picking it up and a technician would install it later that day. Both technicians were professional, polite and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing. Excellent service by a small company focused on customer service.

This contract included annual service of both appliances. Service professional was very helpful and explained the process thoroughly.

Plus the contract means that I can call for service should the need arise anytime throughout the year.

I believe I received value for the money.
