For the record, we at Mckinnon, unlike all of the other HVAC contractors you interviewed, did take the time and effort to source a solution for your third floor. As I recall, others came and "scratched their heads" and left leaving you in a crisis. Please feel free to call me anytime. This is the first I have heard of any issues and considering it has been 2 years, I find it quite surprising to hear these comments now. We always return to make things right even if we do "the ball". I always return phone calls and emails and always willing to correct any and all deficiencies our clients have.
