No hot water. Called on a weekend and a technician responded promptly. Trouble shooting determined the gas valve had failed. The company owner sent me an email the following day (Sunday) understanding we were without hot water, advising locating the replacement part would be their top priority. They called me early Monday morning to let me know they had sourced the part, were picking it up and a technician would install it later that day. Both technicians were professional, polite and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing. Excellent service by a small company focused on customer service.
