Steve was incredibly professional. He called me back very promptly. He assessed the problem over the phone and made a couple of suggestions I could try while he was going to look into getting parts on his end. I called him back the next day to set up an appointment and he called me back within 5 minutes. He came to my house the next day and fixed the problem with my fridge. He did not want to take payment until the fridge was working properly for a few days. Steve is a great guy and I would highly recommend him for your appliance repairs!

Just moved in a house (appliances included) Washer stopped working the first week. I called Steve Brannan from Brannan's Appliance repairs. Steve came recommended on YELP and on a CBC twitter feed. He was very knowledgable of his craft, was encouraging, affordable, very flexible, ponctual, had all the tools and worked fairly quickly. Washer been working like a charm since. I noticed that my freezer and refrigerator were at room temperature about 11:30 one night. I called Brannan's immediately and left a message which was returned at 7:45 the next morning. Steve answered the phone, gave me an idea of the charges that would be incurred by coming out and was here later that morning. He immediately diagnosed the problem, showed me how to get the motor working as a work around until he could replace a part which he said would take 2 days. He was actually back the next day with the part and was here and gone within 15 minutes. Great service, great communication and the price was actually lower than I would have thought. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

The first time I called Steve was July 2000 about an old refrigerator in a new house. I was totally satisfied then, and have continued to call him when various appliances needed repair. Steve has always returned my calls promptly and asked lots of questions before coming out. He has always been very accommodating with fitting his service to my schedule. Naturally, I called on him again when my daughter's dryer, in a new home, wasn't working properly. We thought we'd need a new one as it was old. Steve was out right away. Turns out it wasn't the dryer. It was insulation sprayed in during a renovation that was partially blocking the venting. Steve cleared it out and now it works efficiently. No new dryer required. Saved a bundle.
I will continue to call on Steve when appliances break down. I know I can count on him for prompt service at a reasonable price. Whenever someone asks me "Do you know an appliance repair guy"?, the answer is "Yes, call Brannan's."

Steve has fixed both our washer and our fridge over the past few years. He consistently delivers professional service and expert advice, on time, and he works to your schedule. I highly recommend him.

In spring 2013 we called Brannan's Appliance Repair as our Kenmore dishwasher was leaking out the bottom. Steve is very efficient - he followed up quickly and arranged an appointment. He showed up when he said he would, he identified the problem and fixed it. He explained what was going on and followed up to ensure the repair worked. Overall, very satisfied and would recommend.

Although be may not be the cheapest appliance repair service, I am happy to pay because everything gets down correctly the first time. I highly recommend this service.
