Steve Brannan arrived in a timely manner and fix the dishwasher right away. May sound like a simple thing but he gave me a good tip on using quality dishwasher detergent to get better results. I have been, and it is making a difference.

Steve's the man. You leave a message and he calls you back. You discuss your problem, he gives his opinion and high level estimate and you agree on the time when he will come. In our case he fixed several problems quickly and within his estimate.

I have called upon Steve Brannan when I've needed my household appliances serviced. I discovered recently on a Friday afternoon of a long weekend that the inside of my refrigerator was 70F. I called Steve, left a message and he returned my call promptly. He had a cancellation and came shortly after to my home. He diagnosed and fixed the problem efficiently. He gives very good advice, has a very pleasant manner and is extremely reliable. I wouldn't hesitate to
recommend him.

We have been workin with Brannan's Appliance Repair for over 10 years. Whenever one of our appliances (some of them quite old) run into a problem we call Brannan for objective, no-nonsense advice and solutions. If they cannot provide us with an immediate solution on the phone (for free), they will come to the location ASAP and fix the problem. I was particularly impressed when several years ago they gave us free advice about a washer/dryer in a house we just purchased: "you'll never find this quality again and these still have 10 good years in them". they were right. We still have the machines and they work like a charm. Brannan's are true professionals. Two thumbs up all around.

Steve Brannan is the person you want to have fix your appliance problems. He calls you back promptly and arrives when he says he will. He gets right to it and is so friendly - it was a pleasure having him in our home. Our particular dishwasher problem (which it turned out had nothing to do with the dishwasher) has happened more than once so Mr. Brannan also showed me why and what to do the next time it occurs. I really appreciated that. Do yourself a favour if you have an appliance problem and call Mr. Brannan first! You'll be so glad you did!

Our 5 year old dishwasher stopped working mid-cycle recently. Steve determined the problem, ordered and picked up the part and fixed the dishwasher all in one day! He has serviced our appliances for the past 20 years and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. He is efficient, reliable and honest.

In May 2012 I requested that Steve make an urgent house call to examine our leaky, 27-year-old washing machine. He came within a day, and right on time. He asked pointed questions about what leaking we had observed, and looked over the machine. He advised us to replace it, as he didn't want us to waste our money trying to repair it. Then Steve gave some helpful advice on the kind of machine to look for, and within a week, I had replaced both my old laundry machines.

A few months later, I needed advice on replacing our kitchen appliances, and left a message for Steve asking for a telephone consultation. He called back almost immediately, and patiently discussed the pros and cons of different types of ranges and fridges for over half an hour, and refused to accept payment.

I was very impressed with Steve's professional attitude--he's amiable, a good communicator, punctual and respectful. I'd call him again in a minute. In fact, my range has a sick element that needs attention, so I'll be calling "Dr. Steve" soon!

Steve was an absolute professional. He was careful to make sure we knew when he was coming and the scope of his work so that there were no surprises. It was a pleasure to work with him and I would recommend him completely.
