Heating coil broke in my dryer. Only blowing cool air...
Icare sent out a fella. He did a good job. But unfortunately when installing new heating coil. He broke it. By accident. Came the next day with another heater coil. Installed it. Successfully!!! Now i know how to replace a heater coil in the future!!!

After initally talking with Icare, I found out there was a warranty option for me to have my fridge fixed. They sent me to LG to get the warranty work set up and then they came out to do the work. This was done back in January. I can say that the work was done quickly, they clean up after themselves, everything was exactly as they said it would be. I am very pleased and appreciate that they sent me to get the warranty information rather than just coming out and charging me. I would definitely work with them again. It's been 6 months since they did the work and my fridge is working extremely well.

iCare responded quickly to our request for service. Vlad was polite and was able to determine the problem immediately. He took the time to examine the whole dryer - in addition to replacing our broken belt, he also cleaned out the entire dryer and lubricated the rollers. Our dryer runs much quieter and more efficiently.

A call for service was initiated and Icare appliance repair was very prompt in returning my request for service. I was able to book a next day appointment. The service technician was very prompt and polite.
I was advised that the repair would cost almost as much as a new washing machine.
This was unfortunate news, but I appreciated the honesty.

Stunned that there's a repair company this fantastic operating in the GTA in 2024. My call was taken promptly. The person on the other end of the line was friendly and knowledgeable. The technician who came to my house- Kareem- was a flat out superstar who went well beyond what was required. I'm not saying I want something else to break so I can deal with iCare again, but it's close to that. I'm extremely grateful that there are people this conscientious and talented getting it done out there every day.

I want to thank iCare Appliance Repair for their prompt response to our request for a fix to our upper oven convection fan. The fan would keep freezing and then just not operate at all. We especially would like to thank service technician Bilan Volodymyr for his work and attention to detail. He arrived on time and brought a fan motor with him as it was suspected to be at fault (common with this stove) As he disassembled the stove and removed the motor he discovered that it was actually fine, but in need of lubrication and a spindle replacement. He made us aware of this and it reduced the bill by $150 as the motor didn't require the replacement. He even went so far as to lubricate the second oven compartment fan motor as well to which we are most grateful. We can't recommend iCare enough and especially Bilan. He was terrific! Thanks to all at iCare! Wouldn't hesitate to call you again for any repairs required!

We had issues with our washer, the tech showed up as promised but didn't really test much/open any panels nor ran any cycles etc. He moved the drum and advised that I may need two parts or three. One part for sure, the spider shaped piece and showed me part cost on his phone. He couldn't find any other parts, spent 5 minutes searching and told us it is more than the spider piece, plus it will take two techs and the labor cost will not be worth it. It would be better to replace the machine.
I was disappointed that he didn't put any effort in diagnosing, testing the machine and was out of the door under 20 minutes.

Second problem found but stayed with original quote. Technician was
