I learned about Brannan's Appliance Repair about 20 years ago when Steve Brannan, in a TV interview, gave tips about how washing machine owners could help make their machines last. I made a note of his name, knowing that some day I would want someone like him to repair an appliance. We have used his company 3 times for minor repairs to our stove and washing machine, with great results at reasonable cost. Our washing machine is now about 35 years old and still a very reliable workhorse. Peace of mind -- priceless!

Brannans responded quickly to my request for service, gave a clear and accurate repair cost estimate and then efficiently completed the required repair. On top of it all of, Steve is both pleasant and professional to deal with. Highly recommended.

I had service tech service fridge compartment of refrigerator. Technician required access to coils located in behind freezer compartment. Removed freezer drawer and accessed coils.
Upon replacing the freezer drawer it was installed incorrectly, producing a 3/4 of a cm gap. The air tight seal was broken.
Brannan came and KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING and in no time it was repaired. Air tight seal back to normal.

Steve is very organized; knows what he is doing; calls back and arrives as promised; gives clear explanations of the problem/solution; and does a great job. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I recently called Steve Brannan to come by when the heater in my dryer stopped working. Steve was able to diagnose the problem over the phone with me and as a result, showed up with the parts needed to do the work right away.

Our 11 year old fridge was not keeping the fresh food section cold enough. We called Steve, gave him the info about the fridge and he let us know that 95% of the time they are able to repair this type of fridge with these issues. He gave us ballpark estimates on the repair costs and was able to come the following day. Fridge was repaired in about an hour and was within the cost estimates. We will definitely call Steve when we have appliance issues. Steve knows his trade!

My fridge kept freezing all of my food when I was out for extended periods of time. Fridge is worth over $2000K stainless steel.
Steve was very responsive and immediately diagnosed the issue and brought the replacement parts to fix the issue. Fridge is working now and food not freezing so not throwing out all of my frozen fruits and veggies. Steve is professional and efficient.

Washer broke. Called Steve. He had it up and running the next day. Have used his service now for 20 years. I wish my appliances broke more often because it's always a pleasure catching up with him.

Steve was very efficient and business-like over the phone. In trying to ascertain the problem his questions were succinct, allowing him to get a feel for the issue. He estimated an approx cost of between $600 and $700 to carry out the repair. Providing he could obtain what he considered might be the required parts, he agreed to be available the following day. This is in fact what transpired. He arrived promptly, made the repair and the stove was up and running in less than 45 minutes. He didn't require payment immediately; instead he wanted to be sure that the stove was working satisfactorily. Two weeks later I received an e-mail asking me to ascertain that this was, in fact, the case. On my positive response, I subsequently received an invoice for $491, ($100-$200 less than his estimate).
