I recently called Steve Brannan to come by when the heater in my dryer stopped working. Steve was able to diagnose the problem over the phone with me and as a result, showed up with the parts needed to do the work right away.
I appreciate how Steve replies to my phone calls promptly. His experience in appliance repair is extensive and I trust his opinion.
Steve has provided servicing for my washer and dryer on multiple occasions and I will call him again if I need help.
