Steve has been our family "appliance guy" for 3 different properties in Toronto. He's super friendly and professional, usually diagnoses what might be wrong just by talking to me on the phone so he can order the right parts before he even comes to the house (without charge if unused in the end). He's serviced our stoves, dishwashers, and laundry machines. He's usually available within a day or two, though he's often been able to come the same day I call him.

Zero complaints, will always keep his number around!

We have called Steve many times over many years. He is reliable, comes when he says he will, often can diagnose the problem over the phone, and knows about all home appliances - stoves, washers, dishwashers etc. He is pleasant, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Highest recommendations.

I have used Steve Brannan for many years. He always helps quickly and gets the job done at a reasonable price. He gets the most out of my machines. When I do need a new one he gives helpful advice. Most recently repaired the motor on the dryer.

Most importantly - Steve will never recommend repairs unless he feels that the cost is worthwhile. Even when I have wanted him to repair some appliances, which would have been to his financial advantage - he has convinced me to just forget it and replace the appliance. Last repair was to my dryer - old machine but according to Steve, still has many good years left!

I trust his judgement, as he always has the homeowner in mind, with respect to repair costs versus replacement versus just letting the appliance die and avoid unnecessary costs. If replacement is necessary, he will discuss the best route to take. On the phone he gives great advice, return calls promptly, and schedules a visit ASAP. Steve did a great job, fixed the machine and didn't request payment until we were sure the dishwasher wasn't leaking. He was prompt showed up when he said he was going to which is much appreciated Great work and nice guy!

Over the past several years Steve Brannan has fixed a dish washer, a washing machine and a dryer for me. He has also advised me when it is no longer worth fixing an appliance but is time to buy a new one. He is extremely professional and highly resourceful.
