He took the time to understand the details of the prospective repair and to recommend some tests for me to undertake before scheduling a service call. Smart but might result in no service call for him. My responses confirmed for him the need for a call and the likely replacement parts that might be needed. Came the same day as my followup call, made the repair quickly and cleanly, and then demonstrated correct loading techniques to me for max. effectiveness in the future.
