I have used Steve Brannan's service in the past for a dishwasher as well as washer and dryer repairs. This time it was the refrigerator. I telephoned him; he returned the call very quickly. He asked a number of diagnostic questions about the problem and said he would get back to us with a quote as soon as he found out the parts costs. Within an hour or so, he phoned back with the likely cost. He arrived when he said he would and fixed the fridge, after explaining what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. I wish all service people were as pleasant, honest, knowledgeable and efficient as he is. I recommend him without any reservations.

After another company just took my money and didn't fix my dishwasher I contacted Steve. He was efficient, super-professional and altogether great. He gave me an accurate estimate over the phone, and was able to get the parts he needed for the repair before he came over, so the repair process was pretty quick. There are a lot of unprofessional repairmen out there, so it was a true pleasure to meet someone like Steve. I highly recommend his services.

I have used Brannan appliances for years. This week my fridge broke down and Steve p hone me right back. Unfortunately he can't repair LG appliances. However on a second phone call exchange he recommended the best fridge to buy and where to buy it. Steve is the best.

Steve Brannan is a wonderful respectable and honest repair person. He first talked me through potential solutions that I could do myself to try to save me the cost of his visit - that is a very rare and nice thing to do. His workmanship is quality and he follows up with you to check on things. Great service.

Steve responded quickly and was able to shortly give me an estimate over the phone. He was able to do the repair in a couple of days and came in on estimate. He was very pleasant and professional. Freezer stopped freezing. Steve diagnosed and fixed it very efficiently, and made sure that the fix worked before billing me. Great service, and great expectation management. Before we started Steve told me the minimum cost and estimated the probability that the freezer would not be worth fixing.

As always, Steve arrived on time. He is very professional, efficient and knowledgeable at his job. He explained what happened to the bottom mount freezer and how to help minimize the chance of the problem happening again.

Over the years, I've saved thousands of dollars and kept a few appliances from being sent to landfill by calling Steve Brannan and having him repair them. He has also told me when an appliance is not worth repairing. He always returned my calls very promptly, got parts quickly, and arrived when scheduled.
