Second time using this company and great service again. Last time was just cleaning and maintenance, this time some repairs were required too. Fixed everything and was timely and very polite. Very responsive and communicated via text message which was much appreciated. Will be using again for sure.

Easy to book and correspond with via email. Sean was excellent - he filled me with confidence from the minute he arrived and had excellent ideas about some of the things I needed done (such as how to secure a dresser to an uneven wall, the most efficient way to fix a dresser, etc.). Quality of work was high and I will definitely be using them again. Only reason I did not give 10 stars is because they were about 15 minutes late (although keep in mind I live downtown so traffic is always insane) and one of the tasks was assembling some furniture and the boxes were left stacked next to the recycling bin but not broken down so I had to do that after. Very minor things that should not deter anyone from using this excellent service but just maybe something to ask them to do if you have similar tasks.

I have used this company twice for the same service - they have done a good job both times and I have no complaints with their service. The second time there was a bit of an error as they accidentally did the wrong house (they will complete the service when no one is home so they never would have knocked on the door) so I received an invoice when no work was done. But once I sent them a picture showing that our eavestroughs were not cleaned, they realized their mistake, and came to the house within a few days to complete the job.

Great service and great price for the work done. Max was willing to come on a Sunday to suit my work schedule - it is so rare for a service person to be so accommodating. We have five units which he cleaned and made sure were functioning properly - the work ended up being more than he originally quoted me (my fault for not indicating we had three compressors) so he had to charge me more but Max was extremely fair about it and gave me a bit of a discount so I'm sure it was still cheaper than other companies would have been. Will definitely be using this company for annual maintenance and other work.

I did not have a very good experience with this company - they did plow my driveway but the work I had to go through in order for that to occur was ridiculous, particularly given the very high cost they charge. Maybe they are good for commercial customers but their residential customers like myself fall to the very bottom of the list. They claim they come before the snow falls to scope out your property and make sure they are prepared. Well, the first snowfall comes and they plowed my neighbour's driveway, not mine. You would think they would be extremely apologetic and embarrassed - instead, I spent two hours of my day fighting with them and emailing them pictures as they (1) claimed I was mistaken since their records showed it was plowed and (2) when I sent them photos showing them proof, they said they were too busy that day to replow it but would make a note of it on my file for next time. Yes, they actually said that. As the season went on, they did plow my driveway instead of my neighbor's but are super strict on the snow minimum - if it is a tiny bit less than the cm required for plowing, they will not come. And if it snows five days in a row but each snowfall is technically under the minimum, they will not come. So you should just know that you may still have to shovel yourself. And then I had to call them a number of times again because I asked them not to put salt on our old stone steps but they kept doing so, and we have young children and the walkway they shoveled was done so narrowly that the stroller wouldn't fit. They would sometimes fix it but sometimes not. All in all, very poor service considering it cost so much!

Despite it not being a favourable review, we still appreciate your feedback very much. These experiences described are from the winter of 2014, and we would've hoped that we could have addressed your concerns sooner. Our records do show remedial service calls performed on 3 separate occasions that winter, and it is very disappointing to us that you were not satisfied with your Standard package snow clearing. In the years that have passed we have significantly upgraded our service, and no longer offer our lowest level Standard package that you subscribed to. Since posting this review, management has made several attempts to reach out to you to no response. We are always available in the future to discuss your concerns further.

The main reason I ended up using this company is because they were able to come on short notice and the plumber would review work with me and take instructions from me over the phone (other companies insisted I be at home, and would not accept our nanny being there). The work was also well done. That kind of service is hard to find. But it comes at a cost - they are definitely not cheap. Having said that, I will still use them again because I think their service is worth the cost.

Steve Brannan is a wonderful respectable and honest repair person. He first talked me through potential solutions that I could do myself to try to save me the cost of his visit - that is a very rare and nice thing to do. His workmanship is quality and he follows up with you to check on things. Great service.

If you have a gas stove, stay away from these people. They claim to have experience and knowledge with gas ranges, including Wolf which is the brand I have, but that cannot be true. Our oven stopped working - the technician came and said it needed a new switch but he needed to know the model # before ordering. I did not know the model # as the oven was in the house when we bought it so I didn't have the manual. He could not figure out the model # but then said he knew what part to order (as I later discovered from someone else, the model # is under the left rear burner on all Wolf stoves - this guy just had no idea and anyone repairing a gas range should already know this). It took a month for the part to come in, he fixed it and it worked for 2 days then stopped working. He came back and said he had to fix the wiring and then it worked again. This all seemed very strange to me and I was a little concerned why he didn't know where the model # was, and how he didn't know how to properly do the wiring the first time. The oven then worked but not the same as it used to - it would take a long time to come on, and that time got longer and longer over the next months. He told me it was normal for a delay for the oven to ignite (which is actually not true). About 4 months later, the burners stopped working if the oven was on - it was as if there was not enough gas to run the burner and the oven. It felt like the first technician had no idea what he was doing so I called Wolf and they sent a Wolf certified technician. Turns out the first technician didn't know how to connect the part properly so he had cut the wrong wires and then used electrical tape to put the valves onto the switch. The electrical tape obviously did not hold so that is why the problems we had continued to get worse. The Wolf technician was also able to explain many things about the stove to me that this other technician had no clue about - he couldn't answer any of my questions about the stove even though he claimed to have experience with it. This company is not honest about their experience with certain appliances, and their technician endangers your appliance and your health considering it is a gas line he is playing with. In case you are wondering, there should NEVER be electrical tape in your gas oven. I spoke to the manager and asked for my labour costs to be returned (approximately $300) - I said I would still pay for the $280 part that he installed. The manager of course said no, and it was my fault for waiting so many months to call. I explained how the problem slowly got worse because of the use of electrical tape but he did not care and kept saying I should have called earlier. I am now paying someone else $600 to properly fix the oven - the $600 I paid this company is money flushed down the drain and hours of my life wasted dealing with the technician. I am giving 1 star because the receptionist who coordinated the appointments was very pleasant and nice to deal with. And just in case you think I am someone who complains a lot, you should see my other reviews - I have found great companies on homestars but this one is the worst ever. They go beyond bad service and are potentially dangerous by claiming to have knowledge and experience they don't, and by fixing things like gas lines with electrical tape and then not taking responsibility for what their technician does.

I have called John on 2 separate occasions - to install track lighting, and to install ceiling fans. He is very responsive, always able to send someone on short notice and his prices seem very reasonable. John himself has not done the work but the gentlemen he has sent have been courteous, professional and do not leave until the job is done. A great electrician that I am sure I will use again in the future.

I have had the pleasure of working with Jacob and his team on a few occasions - a post-renovation clean and an extensive move in clean that required almost two days of work. I cannot say enough good things about him and his hard working team. There are a few things that make Jacob unique: (1) extremely responsive and will communicate via text which is very handy; (2) ridiculously accomodating no matter how difficult your schedule or short your timeline; (3) punctual and reliable; (4) will not stop until the job is done to your satisfaction; (5) always goes the extra mile for his clients; and (6) he's also just a really nice guy and great to work with. His team takes longer than other cleaners but that is not because they are slow, it is because they are extremely thorough. He is also very good about doing the most he can within a defined budget. I look forward to working with Jacob many more times in the future.

This company is expensive but worth every penny - I hate moving and find it so stressful. They alleviate so much of my stress by just taking care of everything. I have used the company a couple of times and they have gone over the estimated time each time, but I think that is because I had them package some of my more valuable items and it took them quite a bit of time to do that (but they were packaged very well). These guys are so professional and polite, and are always willing to go the extra mile. What a well run moving company - such a rare thing.

Moved into a new home and wanted to change the locks. Tom came the same day! And was willing to come in the evening to accomodate my schedule. He was professional, polite and worked quickly. There was a problem with one of the locks - it was sticking after he changed it. I called him the next morning and he came back that same day to change the lock entirely at no cost to me. Tom is a class act.
