I have used Steve Brannan's service in the past for a dishwasher as well as washer and dryer repairs. This time it was the refrigerator. I telephoned him; he returned the call very quickly. He asked a number of diagnostic questions about the problem and said he would get back to us with a quote as soon as he found out the parts costs. Within an hour or so, he phoned back with the likely cost. He arrived when he said he would and fixed the fridge, after explaining what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. I wish all service people were as pleasant, honest, knowledgeable and efficient as he is. I recommend him without any reservations.
