I bought in total 9 appliances two years ago at Appliance Canada. Out of which seven were high end Thermador appliances. I was entitled to two free appliances one of them being a hood fan to go on top of eight burners cooktop. It came late and broken in an open box. The store agreed to exchange I had to wait a while (Covid was a great excuse for any store inefficiency then). The replacement came even more damaged. Since I could not wait for ever to use my kitchen (one cannot install gas cooktop without the fan) the store agreed to install the damaged one until such time they get a new non damaged one to replace the hood fan. Once they got a new one they reneged on their offer. They told me I have to uninstall the broken one, have the store pick it up then deliver the new one for me to install. When I complained I was told I cant complain, since it came for free. Thermador was not better. The store tells me it is Thermador responsibility and Thetmador tells me it is the tire responsibility and both say @anyway it came for free. This is the poorest customer service. The appliance installation was a disaster and I can only profusely thank the kitchen company whose team did a superb job fixing whatever they could in the unprofessional installation. They were several hiccups with the appliances and the customer service was poor are best I would never ever use that store again. I would never buy Thermador again. I have had Thermador for years and years, but since the appliances are not made in North America or Germany anymore, one can definitely feel the poor quality is definitely

After extensively renovating ou home, we decided to check the air quality and look specifically for mold. The Mold guy company came highly recommended by our home inspector whom we have been using for over 20 years. The Mold Guy and his team were very quickly responsive, explain to us at length what was going to be done and how. The day of the test , the contractor was running half an hour late and we really appreciated the fact that he called us to inform us of the potential delay and even offered to reschedule if this was going to be not convenient (very few people out there show such respect of the client's time) . Rather than have me decide on one product only to discover it would not be available on time, Timea suggested several similar products and checked availability to facilitate my product selection. For years we called Allan from Upright whenever we had a problem with our current garage doors (builder's originals). He always was extremely responsive. We referred him also some of our friends and everyone who dealt with this company was very happy. So when it came time to change our garage doors, Upright was the natural choice. The company sent us someone to help us choose the best doors fitting our needs. They did not try at all to oversell us. They also sent someone to help us repair our electric garage door openers since we had a problem with the codes free of charges weeks before the door delivery. When we put the order, they took a decent deposit (less than 25%). They did the full installation in about 5 hours, including very professional caulking (practically invisible) and the doors are quiet and of great quality. Only once everything was installed did they ask us to pay. They certainly are confident in the quality of their work and rightfully so. We would definitely recommend them to anybody and will reuse them for any property.

Ever since I moved into my house in 2005 we have been using empire green for our lawn sprinkler system. Empire Green has always been very responsive very professional on time and on budget and we would continue using them as long as we live in this house

I dealt with Carol-Lynn. Excellent service, very professional, very patient and knowledgeable. Great follow-up when one item was not delivered properly (hence a 4 and not a 5). Offered free installation for that item which was very nice and unexpected. Also negotiable in prices. Would definitely purchase again from there for that level of service

I left messages to several stores. Philip Costa from the Canadian Appliance Source returned my call promptly and was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. Great advice. Great prices. Very much on top of things. So far a 10/10 for service. I will update my review once the appliances get delivered. As a real estate agent I deal a lot with suppliers and renovators, and so far I would definitely recommend Philip from the Canadian Appliance Supply Store in Toronto
