Sheldon and Michael did a great job installing my garage door opener, they did it very quickly and were very professional.

Needed a garage door spring replaced but the shaft was too long to remove easily. Guys came the same day and finished in a few hours, which is awesome for the amount of work involved.

For years we called Allan from Upright whenever we had a problem with our current garage doors (builder's originals). He always was extremely responsive. We referred him also some of our friends and everyone who dealt with this company was very happy. So when it came time to change our garage doors, Upright was the natural choice. The company sent us someone to help us choose the best doors fitting our needs. They did not try at all to oversell us. They also sent someone to help us repair our electric garage door openers since we had a problem with the codes free of charges weeks before the door delivery. When we put the order, they took a decent deposit (less than 25%). They did the full installation in about 5 hours, including very professional caulking (practically invisible) and the doors are quiet and of great quality. Only once everything was installed did they ask us to pay. They certainly are confident in the quality of their work and rightfully so. We would definitely recommend them to anybody and will reuse them for any property.

Excellent service all round! Al arrived on time for our initial quote, and submitted the quote within a few hours. His was the best quote of 3 that I had, but I didn't go with Upright based on price alone. I like Al's professional approach - he explained everything in detail - and I didn't feel like he was trying to "sell" or up-sell me. Installation was just as professional - on time, done in the exact amount of time we were told, and no debris left behind. Our doors look and work great! All in all, this was an excellent experience, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Upright to install your garage doors.

We had our garage doors installed approximately 8 years ago and they still look like the day they were put in. They have always worked really well. Once we had a small key pad issue which they came and fixed right away. Recently we had Upright come in to do a tune up, not that they weren’t working well, but we felt it was time to check everything over. They came right away again. They are friendly and professsional and their after service is excellent. They always follow up to make sure the customer is satisfied with the service. I highly recommend them if you are looking for garage doors.

Kevin from Upright arrive on schedule to remove my existing chain drive opener and install a new jackshaft opener. From the moment of arrival to completion of the project, he worked non-stop, tuning up the door, replacing certain components and correcting the tensions on the shaft springs.

Should you note the cost, know that there was no sticker shock. The prior quote was met and I added some accessories that moved the price up.

Kevin was detailed and methodical and obviously took pride in his workmanship and left the worksite better than he found it. I have no hesitation in recommending the services of Upright Door Service.
