They have consistently identified the issue, scheduled a service call, and fixed it for a fair price. I heartily endorse them!

These guys are top-notch. I had a dishwashing malfunction the day after Christmas. When I contacted the house warranty provider, they suggested I contact these men. When I called Phillip, he promptly booked a meeting for Thursday. They arrived and located the problem. My warranty company gave Phillip permission to order the components, and in just three business days, they returned and fixed the dishwasher. Phillip was on top of things. If I needed appliance repairs in the future, I would without a doubt contact them.

My LE fault on my Kenmore washer was accurately diagnosed by Hardik and his companion Alex. They arrived on schedule, were on time, and worked quickly to finish the test. When compared to the other repair firms I called, their diagnostic fee was the lowest. I now know who to call in case an appliance breaks.

Really pleased with this company's quickness and expertise. I asked for quotes from multiple refrigerator repair contractors on Homestars because my fridge wasn't keeping food as cool as it always did. I received a prompt response from Appliance Repair Crew, allowing me to book an appointment for the following day. They were on time and finished fixing the problem in within ten minutes (airflow issue caused by food blockage). Would strongly advise.

Hardik responded very quickly, and he worked very hard to fix my 14-year-old Kenmore dryer, but installing new parts would have cost more than half as much as buying a new dryer. In the end, I chose not to proceed. The boss was quite gracious; the deposit was returned. I'm incredibly grateful for Hardik's dedication to fixing my dryer and his patience.

Tarun stopped by to inspect the fan over our stove. He clarified that although it was operating, the power of fans of this type (installed into the microwave) is fairly constrained. He was really considerate and did not charge us for the diagnostics given the problem.

Last week I called this company to have my Miele dishwasher repaired. The receptionist said it was $79 for the service charge. I agreed. The repairman man came and stayed on the phone with technical support the entire time approximately 1 hour. I found this very unsettling. When I get my brakes repaired at Toyota not sure the mechanic needs to stay on the phone with Toyota technical support to assist in brake repair. I asked him if he repaired Miele on a regular basis. He said yes. He then said that I needed a new motor. I asked him what the cost was. He said he didn't have a clue...again bizarre that he didn't have a ball park if he knew Miele dishwasher. I asked is it expensive. He again showed his inexperience by answering I don't know...He said it was $310 for call and next visit to install part would include labour. Waiting two days finally receive quote:

$1649. So almost 2K to repair dishwasher with a 30 day warranty... Absurd. Called the receptionist to explain my dissatisfaction. Her name is KHUSHITA. I have rarely spoken to someone as rude, offensive and argumentative as this individual. I asked to speak to the owner and/or supervisor. She explained she was the boss and manager...and receptionist. This company is unprofessional, untrained, greedy and should be avoided at all costs. I am reaching out to Miele to ensure they are NOT on the list of approved repair companies.
