Harsh exceeded expectations! The thermostat on my Thermador range, which is 22 years old, was damaged. He was adamant that the range be fixed. The quality of modern appliances is nowhere like that of older ones. How fortunate I was to discover Harsh and Appliance Repair Crew Inc.

Our washer is not working properly. The tech came out to service. He mentioned that we may need to get a new transmission which would be $678 for the part and shipping. We paid the invoice that was over $310. However, the washer was not fixed and we will not be ordering that part. Also, when we called back, we were told that was the labour charge. I asked what did we get for the $310, and I was told the labour. I said but nothing got fixed. I then asked if I could chat with the tech, but she said they wont call you back. I feel like we have been had. I would have happily paid $100-$150 for tech to quickly diagnose and tell me about the transmission, but $300+? We feel like we were taken advantage of.

In response to my original plea for help, Alex responded promptly. I particularly liked how they kept me informed at every stage, even through text messages with the schedule, ETA, and arrival time. The guy who showed up to complete the work, Phillip, was efficient, skilled, and professional. In the event that I ever require this kind of repair again, I will for sure keep their contact information on hand.

We've had Appliance Repair Crew come out to repair both our washer and our dryer. Ramon provided fast and reliable service. Both are old appliances and Ramon was great in providing us an honest assessment of the issue and how likely the machines were to last if he did the repair. Absolutely useless. Quoted me $265 plus tax for repair. Took dryer apart, said He didnt know what was wrong with it, put it back together and left. Refused to do anything further or refund my money. I would never use this company again.
