There was a problem with my stove. Hardik visited, identified the issue (which wasn't simple! ), ordered the necessary part, and then returned to fix it once the part had been delivered. He completed quality work and was professional and on time.

I paid $400 to these people to fix the hinges on my fridge. 3 months later, it broke again! Very unprofessional customer service. They dont make any effort to apologize or have their technician to come over and take a look at the poor job been done. Please save your money and dont go to these people.

When Phillip arrived to fix my ice maker, he not only called to let me know he was on his way, but he also worked quickly and effectively (and clearly an expert on ice machines). He promptly identified the issue, and my ice maker was up and running in no time. I heartily endorse this company. They have a good system in place to confirm your appointment and let you know the window, and it was also very simple to schedule an appointment (the person I spoke with was very pleasant and competent).

Last night, I asked online whether anyone could fix my dryer, and within minutes, Hardik responded. He provided me with clear answers to my queries in a kind, respectful, and professional manner. A window of two hours was granted for the appointment. He and another guy showed up at that window of time, and they even called to let me know when they were approaching. To spare me the expense of an unnecessary repair, they looked into alternative possibilities before reaching a final diagnosis. He did not reveal the issue or the expense of repair until that possibility had been ruled out. To make the repair right away, they already possessed the necessary part. Hardik was thorough, effective, and professional; I wouldn't think twice about using him again.
