Excellent and easy online appointment scheduling. I then received a follow up call shortly confirming my next day appointment. the technician name was Hardik who texted me 20 minutes prior to his arrival. Upon his arrival he proved to be very knowledgeable and has excellent soft / communication skills. A job well done. Highly recommend

Although the technician was capable at replacing parts, he was terrible at assessing the situation. I have a 10 year old dishwasher, that he has been to fix 3 separate times, all because of a leak that he has not effectively or correctly diagnosed. The first repair was $700 dollars, and I was told this would fix the drainage issue and the leaks. Second repair was $400, and at this point, I was told the same thing. Should solve the problem, it hasn't. Next diagnosis is a leak in the hose, and he will try and get back to me in the next week. Company is giving me the run around and making excuses saying he is a licensed technician. I am selling my place, and need to provide a working unit... There is no accountability here whatsoever. Extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability, the inability to properly assess the issues with the unit, the constant charging for replacement parts and still not a property working unit.

I need some reliable response and assurance that this situation will be rectified.

I have tried to be patient, and am being given the customer service run around with zero accountability. I need to speak with a manager asap or I will post the above very true review to not only your website, on social media, and will call consumer affairs.

This dishwasher has cost me in excess of $1100 to repair, because of a lack of ability to properly assess the unit, and the many issues.

I was able to schedule on the same day as my refrigerator was making loud noises. Alex came, diagnosed got the parts and fixed the problem the same day. He is polite and explains problem well.

Fast and professional service. My washing machine broke down and the dryer was making noises. I got an appointment the next day to work with my schedule for the day. Phillip, the technician did a diagnostic and recommended buying a new washer as the cost of parts would have been too high and he serviced and thoroughly cleaned the dryer, all in one appointment.

Very responsive. Came out the next day. Fixed problem immediately. Very honest and affordable. Meet was an excellent technician would highly recommend them to everyone.

Alex, the repairman, is excellent. He quickly found the problem, put on a mask and gloves during this pandemic, and fixed our dryer. The working area of our washer/dryer combo unit is confined, but he skillfully disassembled the appliance and fixed it without issue. We are overjoyed and wholeheartedly support.

I called them to repair my washing machine. The striker was broken. The repairman advised that I needed to pay $284 for a striker and a switch, although the switch was never tested. I agreed. Immediately after the repairman left I looked on Amazon for the exact parts and factory brand exact parts were being sold for $10 (striker x2) and $42 (the switch). I immediately cancelled the Order and any further service. They charged me a cancellation fee of $80 on top of the $80 I paid for the service call. I ordered the striker on Amazon for $10. Another technician installed it. I didnt need a new switch!!! I paid Appliance Crew $171 for a misdiagnosis and cancellation fee! Ripped off!
