Horrible Customer Service and Terrible Performance
Although the technician was capable at replacing parts, he was terrible at assessing the situation. I have a 10 year old dishwasher, that he has been to fix 3 separate times, all because of a leak that he has not effectively or correctly diagnosed. The first repair was $700 dollars, and I was told this would fix the drainage issue and the leaks. Second repair was $400, and at this point, I was told the same thing. Should solve the problem, it hasn't. Next diagnosis is a leak in the hose, and he will try and get back to me in the next week. Company is giving me the run around and making excuses saying he is a licensed technician. I am selling my place, and need to provide a working unit... There is no accountability here whatsoever. Extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability, the inability to properly assess the issues with the unit, the constant charging for replacement parts and still not a property working unit.
I need some reliable response and assurance that this situation will be rectified.
I have tried to be patient, and am being given the customer service run around with zero accountability. I need to speak with a manager asap or I will post the above very true review to not only your website, on social media, and will call consumer affairs.
This dishwasher has cost me in excess of $1100 to repair, because of a lack of ability to properly assess the unit, and the many issues.
