We called with an issue with our water heater. Although we weren't sure what the cause/root of our problem was, Pat was eager to provide assistance, and committed to solving the mystery. A technician arrived about an hour later! Bobby (technician) was very friendly and helpful. He completed a thorough inspection of our furnace rooms and water heater, and provided insightful feedback as to how we should proceed. He also made helpful recommendations and answered my questions for general care of our furnace and water heater. As a first-time home owner, I really appreciate how thorough, patient, and approachable Bobby was. Will absolutely use LG Home Comfort in the future. Highly recommend.

I called LG Home Comfort this morning. The technician arrived - (same day) at exactly the time specified! He replaced my home's 20-year-old thermostat with a new digital one. He also addressed the "knock-knock" sound heard upstairs, which had been the result of a loose duct-damper. Bobby's understanding of the problem was right on! He patiently answered my questions and completed the job efficiently and expertly. The charge was significantly less than what others were quoting. I would highly recommend LG Home Comfort to others.

AC is working well and was a good price. They installed it fast and the technicians were helpful. We has a few issues getting the appropriate AC cover but that is finally resolved.

We had a lot of quotes from other companies but these guys were the best. The salesperson was a technician himself so everything was easy to understand.
Installation technicians had good expertise and were quick very neat the job. I had asked lot of questions regarding the product and its technicality and the guys explained it in a very simple way.

Hopefully the future experience will be good too.

Our ac/furnace was installed End of July! Enjoying the AC this summer! Sales staff that came to our house to give an estimate was a really great guy! Knowledgeable and patience with our questions. Price was competitive lower than most!

The water heater was in operation for the last 7-8 years. Then an issue happened with the ignition and it wouldn't heat. Following a call to Reliance, Ashley and Ishwar from LG Home Comfort came in on the next day. They tried their best to repair the unit but it wasn't still working. So, they went back to fetch a new water heater for me (I was covered by the Home Comfort Rental) and did the installation on the same day, to my great relief. It was a very personalized service and I thank them for their professional and timely attitude.
