LG Home Comfort

I live in Stouffville and had the heating coil in my Hi-Velocity furnace rupture twice within a 2-year period which resulted in water damage to my property, time, and money; not to mention this happened to several of my neighbors in 7-year-old sub-division.

I came across LG Home Comforts website and thought that Id give them a try instead of going back to the previous HVAC company Id worked with in the past (best decision I made).

From the onset, Alijah provided me with efficient and exceptional customer service (day/night by phone and text). Alijah was able provide several options outlining the pros and cons of replacing the heating coil again versus swapping out my Hi-Velocity furnace to a gas furnace.

Following that, I spoke with Raj (owner) who coordinated for HVAC Service Technicians who checked everything from my furnace to the ductwork to the AC, to the main electrical box and provided solutions.

After careful considering, I decided to replace my Hi-Velocity furnace with a gas furnace. Raj walked me through the various models to ensure it would meet my homes square footage and budget requirements. In addition, Raj was able to have HVAC Technicians the very next day to install my Bryant furnace. The Service Technicians were friendly, clean, and explained the installation to me.

Im completed satisfied with the level of service and care I received. With that said, if your Furnace and or Air-conditioning ever becomes a problem or youre looking to replace it, I would highly recommend LG Home Comfort; they will help you during what can be a very stressful time for any home-owner.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the service. The coordinator contacted me promptly when the technician ran late for the appointment. The technician finished the job neatly.

As seniors, my wife and I want to thank Raj for being so patient and approachable and for sharing his immense heating knowledge with us. He helped us select our new Bryant furnace with the extra 10 year labour service option so now we can relax. Farzad competently handled the installation 2 days ago and now we are celebrating today's snowfall in warmth and comfort. By the way, LG (and Bobby) stood out from the beginning by responding the same day that our previous furnace malfunctioned.

My furnace stopped working. I called LG Home Comfort and spoke to Bavi. Upon hearing the furnace was blowing cold air Bavi could have easily taken the option of coming over and charging me the flat fee just to change filter and reset the furnace. Instead he walked me through resetting it after going through all issues and determining a change in filter and reset could help. That worked well. If any issues again or I need a new furnace, I know exactly who to call.

This level customer service is outstanding and has built incredible trust. I look forward to using LG Home in the future and will recommend them to everyone I know going forward. Thank you!

Why did I call this company a second time? Because I was completely satisfied with their work the first time! Nasir telephoned to ascertain his arrival time - that's a real plus. He did the annual furnace maintenance and addressed the issue of "upstairs is not as warm as downstairs". This pleasant service expert patiently responded to my many questions and completed the job with confidence and professionalism. I'm fortunate to have discovered LG Home Comfort - and will certainly book their services for my furnace and air conditioning in the future. I would happily recommend this company to family and friends.

We wanted our home thermostat upgraded to the Ecobee3 Lite. Nasir came to install the new device. He ran into an issue with the existing wiring (through no fault of his own) which caused the original quote to be revised (fairly). The job could not be completed on the same day as scheduled.

However, he came back the next day (on what should have been his day off) to ensure the job was completed no matter what that day. I appreciate the dedication and even taking the time to explain the issue.
