Hi Ed, we acknowledged that the work was not up to our expectations as a company and offered to come fix it. You replaced and disposed of new equipment that was under warranty and are expecting to be compensated in excess for it. We made a generous offer for compensation which you declined. The unit was sized correctly to your home and there is not a 25 year warranty. We will not respond to any further social media posts that you make.
