Hello, we are so sorry to hear about your experience. This does not sound like the quality of work we pride ourselves on and apologize for any issues encountered during your installation process. We hope now that your installation is complete you can enjoy the windows for as long as you own your home and of course you are covered for the full 25-Year warranty. You also made note of moisture on your windows, this is often a positive sign that your new high efficiency windows are doing their job of insulating your home. Hello Inna, we apologize for not following up with you sooner, we have already opened a service request to inspect the damaged floor tiles and will make any repairs that we are at fault for. We will be reaching out soon to schedule that visit. You have a full 25-Year no hassle warranty on parts and installation and if you need us we are ready and able to service your new doors.
