I you want fragmented communication, extremely long delays and no response to your inquires this is the company for you! Windows ordered in February , installed in May and all screens had to be replaced , after numerous phone calls, rude customer service, maintenance department which was accusatory and dismissive and sakes rep who did not communicate the process or delay, we are still waiting for 2 screens to be installed. Life time warranty at Nordik means you will pay on full for windows but wait a lifetime for them to be completely installed . STAY AWAY.
