From the beginning getting a quote the customer service has been fantastic. The installers who showed up were professional and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this company.

We had a couple of damaged windows that needed to be addressed. Nordik windows were great to deal with. They provided a fair price for great quality windows. The crew that came to install them were tidy and professional, I am very pleased.

Paul arrived on time and was very courteous. He diagnosed the problem right away and had the parts to fix it. After a couple of adjustments my window worked better than it ever has even after installation. Kudos to Paul the service tech. If it wasn’t for him I probably wouldn’t recommend your company to my friends but because the issue was dealt with right away I feel better about my purchase

The worst customer service I have ever received. No accountability and total lack of responsiveness.

Door was ordered Oct 2020 but due to circumstances beyond their control it wasn’t installed until March 2021 and we were very understanding of that.

March 2021 door installed

April 2021 door is sticking, paint is chipping and just don’t working correctly. Service person comes and tries to repair and says it was installed totally incorrectly and we need a new door and installation and it would be ordered.

April 2021 - present I have called constantly and been passed around many times. Most of the time I leave messages and no one calls back. I was told our door was in and the installers would call to book and installation appointment then called saying it wasn’t in and they’d send touch up paint. I have asked to speak to an owner or supervisor many times and haven’t heard back from anyone. Called yesterday and was told a manager cancelled our replacement door but no call or update from them. I just want my money back at this point. they offer a warranty but don’t believe them. It’s more trouble than it’s worth. I’d recommend going with ANY OTHER window and door company.

A bird flew into one of our windows and broke the glass. Since the 8 windows in the room were about 30 years old we decided to get new windows instead of replacing the glass. I contacted 3 window companies and the prices were comparable. Nordik stood above the others because I asked a lot of questions and Andrew was very patient in explaining everything to me regarding everything from manufacturing to installation. I liked that the windows were manufactured by Nordik and I thought the explanation of how they build their windows (which seem stronger than the others) made sense. The windows arrived earlier than expected and the installers did a great job and cleaned everything after they were done.

Beautiful, quality door and excellent installation. We are very happy with the product and Nordik Windows and Doors. Our salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. The installation team was skilled and careful. They thoroughly cleaned up during and after the installation.

We do not recommend Nordik Doors and Windows as they are very unprofessional and have extremely poor customer service. For our initial door installation they installed the wrong door in the wrong area, hence, had to be taken out and reinstalled creating a big mess. The doors were very poorly installed and fitted with the wrong hardware and trim. After we called on numerous occasions, a service tech finally came out and partially completed the work.
It has been nearly three months since the door installation and we are still waiting for the correct door hardware.
We also had an order for windows. The window installers were very rude and arrogant when asked questions about the window installation process.
Again after leaving numerous messages with Nordik front desk, managers and other associates who promised they would get back to us, never did to give us a timeframe for the correct hardware to be installed.
There seems to be a total disregard for our order and it appears that they have no interest in completing our order in a timely & professional manner. Finally after numerous calls, we have managed to get an appointment at month end for some one to rectify the door installation errors but no date as yet for the missing hardware (which is actually in stock at most hardware or box stores).
If customer service was truly a concern for this company, this issue would have been resolved in a professional manner a long time ago. Nordik Doors & Windows are such a disappointment that we would definitely not be using this company again and will file a similar report with the Better Business Bureau.

No warranty.
We bought $32000 of windows from consumers choice ( now owned by NordiK). We were told by our rep that they manufactured their own windows. We were told that the colour of our window frames was impregnated in virgin vinyl. This they said would prevent fading. We were also told ( and the website still says) that their warranty was a no hassle 100% coverage of product and installation. It was untrue . Muhammad, their service manager says they only warranty their installation and do not manufacture their windows. He says the supplier of the windows has gone bankrupt and that his position is that they will not do anything for us and that they are not responsible for defective product. We now have to sue the company to get a judgement. We are doing this on principle as we suspect collecting on a judgement from these people will be difficult.

I was impressed with the original sales person in the way he took the time to explain the process and the different types of windows that could be purchased. The installers did a excellent job. They were professional taking the time to remove the old windows, installing and the new windows. They used drop sheets, and cleaned up after the project.

Nordik supplied and installed my double exterior front doors. The staff were professional and knowledgeable. The new doors makes such a difference to the exterior curb appeal. We would definitely work with them again!!
