Jermaine came in and expertly diagnosed and repaired our broken dishwasher heater. I feel that his price was very fair and his level of service great. He also happily tolerated my 3 year old who loves to sit and watch tradespeople work.

He fix our oven in under 10 minutes. So fast and professional. We needed the oven element changed and he fixed it so fast and it feels hotter then before. So happy.

Jermaine called me the day before to determine the make and models of my appliances so he could be well prepared. He was running a bit late but notified me well in advance. He came out and diagnosed the problems with my oven and dishwasher, and even helped show me some maintenance on my washer and dryer. He was fantastic and knew his stuff! The people that replaced my counter top turned one of the support wood the incorrect way, rather than leaving it, he took the time to correct the situation and even volunteered to paint the section that my cabinet installer missed. I have had Jermaine come over twice. Once to fix the broken hinge on an old oven door and the second time to replace the old dishwasher.

On both occassions he was a professional.He knew what he was doing, had the right tools and parts.
To replace the old dishwasher he streamlined the whole process for us from buying a new machine, installing it and disposing the old one. All this was done at a very very reasonable price.

The best part of working with Jermaine was that he was prompt in his communication, asked the right questions and kept us informed if he was running late. We really appreciated this for we could plan our time.

Jermaine was hired to fix an Electrolux oven with significant sparking noise. He troubleshooted the issue quickly and efficiently identified the problem. He also repaired the broken part in another visit (the owner purchase the spare part). Overall very professional and polite technician. Work done in a tidily manner.
