Jermaine called me the day before to determine the make and models of my appliances so he could be well prepared. He was running a bit late but notified me well in advance. He came out and diagnosed the problems with my oven and dishwasher, and even helped show me some maintenance on my washer and dryer. He was fantastic and knew his stuff! I would recommend him highly!
