I have had Jermaine come over twice. Once to fix the broken hinge on an old oven door and the second time to replace the old dishwasher. On both occassions he was a professional.He knew what he was doing, had the right tools and parts. To replace the old dishwasher he streamlined the whole process for us from buying a new machine, installing it and disposing the old one. All this was done at a very very reasonable price. The best part of working with Jermaine was that he was prompt in his communication, asked the right questions and kept us informed if he was running late. We really appreciated this for we could plan our time.
