From the moment the flooding started, until a perfect reconstruction completed, the guys in Restoration 1 displayed such a fabulous level of professionalism that is second to none. They are fantastic people in personality and beyond. They truly deserve to have number 1 in their name.

During some heavy rainfall in early April an external drain malfunctioned causing rain water to enter my store. This happened about an hour before our store closing time of midnight.

I called Restoration 1 and the person I spoke to quickly arranged for someone to come out to me. Restoration 1 personnel were on site within an hour of my call. They were professional and skilled at what they were doing. The water had flooded nearly a quarter of my store. But by 3am the team had finished their clean up and everything looked great. They left humidifiers and fans for us to use for a couple of nights after closing to clear any residual water.

A Restoration 1 team member came to my store for the next two nights at closing to position and switch on the machines and then they were back again each morning before we opened to remove the machines. This was phenomenal service.

It is very comforting to know that when disaster strikes we can count on the team from Restoration 1 to be there to help.

Restoration 1 was very punctual and efficient in cleaning up the water damage after the plumber found the blockage. Even though this was an insurance claim and we had to wait for approval to proceed, Restoration 1 was helpful in documenting all the damages and losses and proceeding with the repairs once the claim went through. The basement looks much cleaner and brighter now that everything is finished, and the work is top notch. We would recommend this company to anyone who has a flooding problem.

More than just restoration! I had a pipe burst in my finished basement and had Restoration1 come help. They were able to advise me on what needs to be done and also helped me with the insurance process. They are very knowledgeable and responded quickly to all my questions. They also handled all insurance inquiries, I didn't have to do anything! I would highly recommend Restoration1 to anyone needing restoration services.

A laundry tub in my garage froze and a pipe burst. Water was flowing out from the ceiling. Aron recommended a plumber to fix the cause, arrived within 10 minutes, and set out immediately to minimize the damage. He removed as much water as possible before it froze on the spot, and brought a fan, dehumidifier and heaters to dry the area up.

We had Aron and his team in to help us redo our basement. Our basement suffered water damage due to a burst pipe. The team was at our home with in a couple of hours to remove our belongings and start the demolition. The rebuild went just as smoothly. Very professional, timely and tidy. We would recomend Restoration 1 to anyone looking.

Local office staff found them punctual, considerate of the office environment and need to minimize noise and disruption, and they did excellent work. Pre-existing mold that was discovered in a wall was professional remediated to highest workplace health and safety standards.
