They have all the latest equipment and do an amazing job getting client homes back to normal. I would refer all my customers to Restoration 1 that is facing with water damage.

The sump pump failed in our basement while I was out of town. Fortunately my daughters were home and had the acumen and good fortune to find Restoration 1 online! Aron was on site with his team within the hour, helped bring in a plumber, saved my daughters' belongings and cleared out the soaked carpet and underpad. Their quick and thorough response enabled the basement to dry out quickly and fully with absolutely no residual problems. Aron was always professional, prompt and wonderful to deal with!!!

After our initial contact with Aron, we had a visit for evaluation and estimate..within 2 hours. We scheduled a time the next day to do the job...The personnel were punctual, polite and we were very pleased with the quality and the follow up of the project.

Aron and his crew from Restoration1 came to our house to investigate mould in our attic.

They spent quite a bit of time in the attic ensuring that they understood what was required. The price they quoted was competitive and described what they would do.

Aron and crew came three different days for various number of hours to ensure that all the mould was removed. During the time they were not here they left a power air cleaner to remove mould spores that may have been made airborne during the cleaning process.

They were very pleasant to deal with and did everything in a professional manner. Even to the extent of providing plastic tubs for the Christmas decorations we had stored in the attic at no extra cost. They removed all the decorations from the cardboard boxes and stored them in the plastic tubs, then replaced the tubs up in the attic storage area.

I would definitely recommend Restoration1. The charge for the service was as estimated.
