The guys were very curtious and attentive. Assured they would take care of everything..which they did. Cleaned up the water..brought in fans..dehumidifiers..took out all garbage..and took towels etc away to be washed.

Jordan and his Restoration1 team provided extremely quick service after a flood in our area. Cleanup was complete in a day, and our home was mold/mildew free. They brought in many fans and dehumidifiers to complete the job. They had us back to "normal" within about 3 days from when they first arrived. Prices were competitive and crew was professional. Would use again in an instant. Highly recommended.

Jordan and his crew were very professional and most importantly, very respectful. they did an awesome job in our basement ,very pleased and happy with his work.

An emergency call was made to Restoration 1 in middle of the night due to a flood and they responded immediately and began working at fixing the problem and stopping any further damage, to which we were very grateful! I found Restoration 1 very easy and pleasant to work with, returning calls in a matter of minutes and answering any questions and helped me anyway they could. They were extremely efficient and really cared for the people involved! Thank you I will always recommend you and your team!

I had a really bad experience with them as they did not finish the job on the time they promised. On Wednesday, July 27th, I talked with Todd in person and he assured me that the job in upstairs and basement will be finished in 3 days and a temporary sink will be installed in the kitchen so I will be able to move into the house (on July 31st) and the flooring job will be completed in two weeks. In the morning of Sunday, July 31st, when I checked the house, not only it was not ready and safe to live but also there was no considerable improvement in the job.
Attached are pictures I took on July 31st. From that moment it took more than 3 weeks for Restoration1 to complete the job and I could not move into the house during this period. The manager accused me about going into the house without their supervision. Every time I called Todd he got angry and replied in very inappropriate way. Aron and Todd behaved such as they never did any mistake and it was my fault to close the purchase deal before the job was complete.
I have a lot more to say but do not want to fill the page.

I would never contact Restoration1 after this experience.

I also want to mention that the rest of Restoration1 staff were very respectful.

Sadly one of our toilets cracked and due to constant running water, caused a significant amount of damage to 3 levels of our home. As soon as my husband contacted Restoration 1 - Todd immediately came to the home, shut off the water to ensure no further damage. He and his crew were then at the home first thing the next morning with industrial strength fans, heaters and dehumidifiers. After the claim was open Todd worked with the Insurance Company to ensure that everything was restored or replaced to professional standards.

To make matters more complicated our home was to be sold and closed 2 weeks after the claim. Restoration 1 worked with us and the new buyers to ensure that they were happy and the home.

I hope it never happens again, but if we do have another claim, we will definitely contact Restoration 1. Aron, Todd and the team were exceptional!

Woke up to find the downstairs powder room flooded with water thanks to a ruptured toilet intake valve.
They were onsite swiftly, even though it was a Sunday, assessed the situation quickly (thankfully made sure I checked the crawl space under the stairs), and got the dryers and fans going. Thankfully it all happened quickly enough that no further restoration was needed. Whew. Todd and his crew were friendly, professional, and a delight to work with.

When we experienced water damage in our synagogue Aron and his team came to help us with the situation. They were respectful, timely and considerate of all of the synagogues needs. They replaced the gym flooring, my office and the outside hallways and foyer and we couldn't be happier! Thank you Restoration 1 for an incredible job. Our gym looks great, we are playing basketball again and the kids are so happy!!!

The Restoration team has been very helpful in getting our basement room fixed in a very short period of time. They were helpful, easy to work with and very communicated along the way. Also very trust worthy to have in our home while we were not present.
