Within an hour of noticing water damage in the basement and powder room, Restoration 1 assessed the damage and helped me contact the insurance company. They worked around my work schedule and met for meeting early in the morning and later in the evening. The tear out was quick and they left the area clean. When they came back to repair the spaces, they were efficient, clean, and organized. They came back a few days later to ensure I was still satisfied with the work they had done. I would recommend Restoration 1 as they were professional and did an excellent job.

We recently sustained damage to our living room ceiling, due to a pipe that had leaked from our upstairs ensuite. After getting referred to Restoration 1 from our plumber, I could not have been more pleased with their service. Within an hour of calling them, I had the team out to assess the damage. They then proceeded to cut out the damaged portion of the ceiling and set up the "tent" and fans to dry out the ceiling. Once everything was dry, and my insurance company completed the quote assessment, they were able to proceed with the repair. To my surprise, they mentioned that the painting of our walls was included in the estimate. They were able to get all the work done just in time for the weekend to get our Christmas tree up. Their staff a quick, efficient, friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend Restoration 1 for any of your restoration or repair needs.

A month and a half after buying my first home for my daughter and I, the upstairs bathroom flooded and went down through all 3 levels of my home. Needless to say, I was devestated and called Restoration 1 immediately. Aron came out very quickly and got the emergency work started. The emergency team tore apart the damaged areas while covering and protecting the undamaged areas. Knowing that I needed the upstairs bathroom fixed quickly for an upcoming house guest, they completed the bathroom as fast as they could! Over the next 2 months, the team put my home back together and they did a fantastic job. They were sure to do everything how I asked and went above and beyond.

Having water damage in my home right before I was going to list my house for sale was a very stressful time for me. After a sewage line in our basement broke dumping the contents of our exiting sewer line on the floor for several days before it was noticed Restoration 1 was recommended by a plumber called out to asses the situation for repair.

I was very pleased with the prompt service and professionalism even on a long weekend. The contents of my pack-rat type basement were carefully moved and the damaged contents were documented and removed.

This situation prompted the removal of the floor and sub-floor of the partially finished basement to complete the cleanup and sanitation. The crew of two worked quickly and professionally. I was very pleased with the results.

I found him to be genuine, honest, and kept me well informed throughout the entire restoration process. He was also very, very patient with dealing with the challenge of getting in contact with my condo townhouse's property manager. The cost estimate was also very reasonable compared to a second quote I received.

My lower unit condo sprung a leak. Scott helped identify the source which was a burst water pipe behind the exterior wall, running from the utility room near the back of unit to the kitchen in the front. Water eventually leaked under the floor and the entire floor area had to be replaced.

Scott's team did a great job repairing the issue and restoring the unit back to original condition, if not better!

I also had the pleasure of speaking with Aaron to follow up on the property manager's lack of response. He was just as patient as Scott. The property management response we had to deal with was a whole other issue!

My basement had flooded due to a calcite buildup within my main drain. What a mess. Aron and his team had cleaned out the basement, stripped everything down and scrubbed the floors within hours of the flood. They took care of everything for me, including documenting the items that could not be saved. Quick and professional. Highly recommended.
Some issues were noticed with the rebuild, however once aware of the issues, there was an electrician in on the very next business day to take care of my concerns. As far as the other issues I had had, everything was taken care of quickly, even though they had been paid already, and looks much better. What an improvement and great customer service. Thank you Restoration 1 and Aron for never stopping until I am satisfied. I can't wait to spend time in my new basement now!
