Safety Check

Luisa & Carlos are excellent to explain the stuff us very well. I really appreciate the coordination and guidance. They explain everything about thermostat and water heater rentals. Excellent job.

Excellent Customer Service; Very Knowledgeable

Right from the first point of contact, this company is extremely professional. The onsite technician (Dushan ) was very friendly and knowledgeable, not just on the Nest product, but all products offered by that company, along with how they work within the home. He provided all the required training, and even followed up to make sure we are happy with it. He also took the opportunity to share how other products would benefit us if we were interested, and shared statistics on the growth and success of both his company, and Nest. VERY HAPPY with the Customer Service....and the thermostat.

HOME COMFORT

Reza Heydar helped me save on my enbridge and hydro bills. Very informative and also helped me with a nest thermostat and hepatitis air filter to improve my home comfort. I will be recommending him to all my neighbors and friends.

Simply Comfort

We have been trying to get a credit to our account since October. We have called many times and have spoken with several people. Initially Seanna, then Constantine, then Tony, Nathan, Robin, and today Berly in billing. There may be others. I've lost track.
No one seems to be able to credit back the $99.00 plus tax for a service charge on our bill back in Sept. Even tho we have been told for more than 4 months now that it has been approved to be credited back.
It should not have been charged in the first place.
We are considering looking for another service provider, as this is totally unacceptable. Simply Comfort has disappointed.

Simply Comfort

I was in the market to purchase a protection plan for my furnace and air conditioner as well as to rent a hot water tank. I did some homework and decided to go with Simply Comfort. When they came to do the original install they sent inexperience service installers. Shortly after they left we discovered a water leak which we were unable to see originally. When we called the customer service number they said they would get someone to call us back. 2 days later someone finally was able to help us after I called them again. They sent the same service guys back after We asked them not to and when they arrived they said they knowing left the hot water tank leaking! After several emails and calls refunds were promised but 5 months later still nothing has been received and they will not provide us with a Mangers name or number because everyone is a manager there? If Simply Comfort sends contractors out that don't know what they are doing and knowing leave water leaking and won't send anyone back to fix the leak for several days and aren't able to process refunds or return the old hot water tanks to the proper location so you aren't being double charged for equipment you don't have any longer I wonder how well they will deal with repairing your furnace or air conditioner that you make monthly payments for? Please reconsider and beaware of how Simply Comfort treats new customers. I have never in all my years dealing with companies experienced anything so terrible!

Don't sign anything with Simply Comfort!!!

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
after the initial consultation and signing, the company has been a nightmare to deal with. From the duct work install that was supposed to be completed in 5 days that took a month. To the mess they made in my house.

They say free installation but do not tell you until after the furnace and AC are in your house that there is a hefty charge to connect it to the electrical panel.

Between dispatch and staff, no one knows why they are coming to my house until they arrive and are often confused as to why the work has not yet been completed.

Do yourself a favour, go somewhere else.

Matthew and Nat came to my home to check out my water tank that I rent to make sure it was all in good working order, they also checked my furnace as well. They were very pleasant and helpful. They installed a new thermostat for me for the furnace and explained everything in detail and showed me how to use it also.
I am not very computer wise so they did explain it all to me and I must say they were very good. I would have them back to do work in my home again.

nest thermostat

Victor and Dave gave me a new filter and gave me a new nest thermostat for only twenty bucks a month . Couldn't be happier! I would recommend to use this company .

excellent customer service

I purchased a service plan from matthew and natanel to cover my furnace and AC. They spent several months making sure all my equipment was in fine working order. i couldn't be happier with the customer service.

New furnace

Dave came by for a maintenance on our furnace and was able to help us get a new furnace. The installation was done really well and the people who came by were polite and worked really hard.

They also gave me a free Nest thermostat which is going to give me a $100 rebate. Thank you Dave and Simply Comfort for all your help!
