I was in the market to purchase a protection plan for my furnace and air conditioner as well as to rent a hot water tank. I did some homework and decided to go with Simply Comfort. When they came to do the original install they sent inexperience service installers. Shortly after they left we discovered a water leak which we were unable to see originally. When we called the customer service number they said they would get someone to call us back. 2 days later someone finally was able to help us after I called them again. They sent the same service guys back after We asked them not to and when they arrived they said they knowing left the hot water tank leaking! After several emails and calls refunds were promised but 5 months later still nothing has been received and they will not provide us with a Mangers name or number because everyone is a manager there? If Simply Comfort sends contractors out that don't know what they are doing and knowing leave water leaking and won't send anyone back to fix the leak for several days and aren't able to process refunds or return the old hot water tanks to the proper location so you aren't being double charged for equipment you don't have any longer I wonder how well they will deal with repairing your furnace or air conditioner that you make monthly payments for? Please reconsider and beaware of how Simply Comfort treats new customers. I have never in all my years dealing with companies experienced anything so terrible!
