Ramin Vosughi was very professional and honest when selling me on the advantages of having a water softener unit to help with my hard water problem and trouble shot other issues with my humidifier. I received a new unit, and when other minor installation problems occurred, it was corrected immediately and with fast service. I am very pleased.

with pvc cement I just had two very dedicated technicians checking on my tankless hot water tank and water softner They discovered a water leak from my gas furnace and patched it up They also discovered condensationfrom a leaking pipe because it was loose and patched it up as well I was very impressed with their intergraty

Matt and Tutolo came by for maintenance on our furnace, also purchased from Simply Comfort. We ended up purchasing a Nest thermostat, of which they installed. We are very satisfied with the work they did and its a good Thermostat; adjustable from the web site: home.nest.com or your mobile device, using the Nest app. I would recommend the device.

Alex and Yury came for by maintenance of our furnace. They ended up helping us to upgrade our existing Nest thermostat, carbon monoxide detectors and installing a Nest security camera. We are very satisfied with the services they provided and would recommend them to our friends and family.

I have some rental property in Niagara Falls, and Alex from Simply Comfort have been maintaining it for the last year. He is very professional, knowledgeable and always on time. As a landlord, I have a peace of mind that heating, A/C and hot water tank is covered by them. One less thing to worry. I highly recommend their company.

I was about to cancel my air filter but Carlos and Luisa came. They explained to me the benefits of it. We were able to understand everything because the first agents that came here told us that it was free. I just had to write a review about simply comfort and Samir Cruz. Since the beginning of 2016 Samir has looked after my family with great professionalism and care. We first replaced our furnace last January and then our A/C in July. Both times I contacted Simply Comfort and Samir got the jobs done the next day. I was so impressed the level of speed and minimum down time my family experienced. I would not hesitate to recommend Simply Comfort to my friends. They care, are dedicated and make you feel like you are their only customer.

Reza is excellent,humble and friennly. He explained eveeything in detail and we absolutley love all of our products with nest and google. We have received the nest thermostat, google home, nest outdoor camera, a smart lock, carbon monoxide detectors all of which he installed and set up on our phones and showed us how to use.
He knows what hes doing and is a role model for technicians. I already have recomended him to my family and friends and look forward to a long prosperous relationship with him.

Sathees was beyond knowledgable and helpful during the entire process. We originally contacted him to get some information on the new Nest thermostat. We set up a house visit and he provided all the necessary information and even demonstrated how the nest works using his own unit that was hooked up to his phone. He personally came over and set up our Unit and walked us through each step until we were comfortable. Would absolutely recommend Sathees at Simply Comfort to our family and friends.
