I am very pleased with service provided by reliance technician name Gurmeet to fix my water heater issue. He was quick in fonding the problem and order the part right away.

Excellent service from all we have dealt with at Reliance. Our Salesperson Brenda was very nice, thorough and knowledgeable about the products and pricing options. Our installers, Jamie & Darryl were amazing! They were courteous, punctual, efficient, thorough and great guys to deal with! Would highly recommend this company!

We have never used Reliance before but would highly recommend them to anyone in Calgary and will definitely use them for our personal home as well. Darren and his apprentice, Bennie, were both very professional and knowledgeable in their field.

Your service guys Darren and Ben helped out of a jam when my furnace stopped working on a cold night. They arrived quickly and did a great job on the repair. Darren is one of the best service professionals I've ever met.

We recently purchased a furnace from Reliance Home Comfort and would like to say how pleased we were with the sales representative, Kelly and installation which was done by Amir and Adam. They were all very pleasant to deal with and took time to answer our questions and concerns.

My name is DALJIT Singh I have to install the new a/c and both guys Zack and Ralph come on time both are done work very well and also clean up whole garbage and they have done his job really satisfactionery I really appreciate their service and thank lot of these guys and talking behavior is very nice of both guys and appreciate also reliance manager mr Dave is also very cool and clear view to give any deal and in last appreciate all these people to give the satisfactionery service.

The assessment was well done and the different options laid out and what they would recommend. The work was scheduled on the spot with our choice of flexible dates. The install staff were very professional and did a superb job. The work took a bit longer then they expected but they worked overtime to ensure we had fully working heat and hot water. Even though they worked past supper they cleaned up and swept twice and spent the time to go over the operation of all the new equipment. Reliance came back a couple of days later to inspect the install and make sure we were happy. Which we were, I would recommend them easily.

After a somewhat rocky start with Reliance Calgary due to office mix-ups, we now have our new high efficiency furnace and A/C. New office management has far exceeded our expectations; our salesperson, Brenda, went above and beyond in her service and we are happy to recommend her to everyone. The installation crew of Zack, Ralph and Peter could not have been better! Seldom are Tradespeople given the recognition or appreciation they so justly deserve. These fellows were diligent, careful, skilled and lightning fast without being careless. They treated us and our home with utmost respect and were so great with dealing with our numerous rescue pets roaming underfoot.
This is a salute to Tradespeople for their intelligence and ability; without whom we all would be living under a rock instead of our nice, warm homes!! If we could, we would give them a score of 100, but 10 is the set limit. Thanks a million, guys!

We installed A/C in early July/14. The promo promised $100 referral award for referrals on A/C purchases. Our daughters installed A/C a few weeks later, on our referral. In spite of two phone calls to Janice Martin resulting assurances that the award was "in the works", we have yet to see it on Nov 5/14.
I recommend taking any promises with a large grain of salt!
