We installed A/C in early July/14. The promo promised $100 referral award for referrals on A/C purchases. Our daughters installed A/C a few weeks later, on our referral. In spite of two phone calls to Janice Martin resulting assurances that the award was "in the works", we have yet to see it on Nov 5/14. I recommend taking any promises with a large grain of salt!
