The assessment was well done and the different options laid out and what they would recommend. The work was scheduled on the spot with our choice of flexible dates. The install staff were very professional and did a superb job. The work took a bit longer then they expected but they worked overtime to ensure we had fully working heat and hot water. Even though they worked past supper they cleaned up and swept twice and spent the time to go over the operation of all the new equipment. Reliance came back a couple of days later to inspect the install and make sure we were happy. Which we were, I would recommend them easily.
