We bought a Nest Thermostat, and after contacting Nest we found out its rare but we needed some extra wiring in order for our thermostat to work with the furnace. Nest sent us a list of recommended dealers and Reliance was one of the first on the list, so we phoned them. The tech we got kept complaining how dumb and annoying the thermostats are, basically telling us its a waste of money and they break all the time. He didn't even end up wiring it properly and we had to fix it after we left. I don't think he had any idea what he was doing. He also kept saying how they shouldn't be on the Nest approved companies to work with and he's pretty sure his boss doesn't know about it. Needless to say, we're glad Nest refunded us the money to have him come in or else we would have been complaining for sure.

On the evening of November 11, 2014 my furnace quit working. I called the Reliance 24 hour emergency line and a technician (Lorne) got back to me quickly. When he came over he determined the computer board was faulty, but could not access a replacement until the next morning. He offered "loner" heaters but fortunately we had enough heaters to take care of the house overnight. He returned the next morning as promised with the replacement parts and had the furnace up and running by 9:30am,

I just had my furnace replaced by Reliance and I am incredibly pleased with the outcome as well as the five star services provided to me by Darren and his partner, Benny, and Brenda. Just moments after I had placed a call to Reliance, they were able to send Darren over to complete an immediate inspection. Based on the inspection results, Darren provided his professional suggestions to let us find a suitable solution to replace our old furnace. He contacted saleslady Brenda right away, and she finished all paperwork in a timely manner and scheduled the installation for next day. Darren and Benny finished the installation within two days and we are very happy with our new furnace. I would highly recommend Reliance to anyone out there who is in need of any of the services they can provide for they are definitely a trustworthy, fast-acting and reliable company!

So impressed with reliance!...We contacted reliance as we had just moved into our new home which still had the original 40 year old furnaces. I was contacted the following day and scheduled a home visit which was even on a Saturday! Our sales rep, Brenda was superb!, she was very knowledgeable and did not push a sale in anyway. Our new furnaces were installed a week later. Our installers Darren and Benny was outstanding. These guys were so friendly and done a great job!. there workmanship was a work of beauty as I frequently pop down and take a look at the new furnaces and water heater!. It was very refreshing dealing with such a great company and would not hesitate to refer them.

Darren and Benny were outstanding. They were polite and took care to lay down mats over the carpet. They were good about informing us of the work they were doing and went the extra mile.

Our 15 year old water heater sprung a major leak on Friday Jan 2nd 2015 at 12 noon and by 5pm that same day we had a new 60 gal Rheem water heater installed, up and running. Our installers, Darren and Benny, were very knowledgeable, fast and extremely friendly. They put down runners throughout our home and we had no mess at all. Manni in the Reliance office was very polite and helpful, appreciated the urgency of the situation and arranged for immediate service. Amazing quick service and quality workmanship. This is the experience you hope for and Reliance delivered above and beyond.

Our furnace quit Sunday December 21st. We called to ask about getting a quote on Monday morning. They were the only ones who said that they could come on Monday and that if we wanted to get it started right away they could. The next day two guys, Jamie and Darryl, showed up and worked tirelessly through the day. They were professional right from the get-go and stayed positive throughout. The work they did in such a tight space was very impressive and tidy. We had no problems with the inspector after the work was done either. I really cannot say enough about these two guys and this company. I am happy to recommend them to anyone who needs a new furnace and wants a company that goes above and beyond to get the job done well and on a timely schedule. By December 23rd we had heat running throughout the house. Awesome job guys! Thank you.
