Hello Pedro,
We are sorry for the inconvenience, however we did not refuse to pay for your furnace. As per our conversation, we had requested for a proof of receipt showing the reason for the repair/replacement of the furnace, as well as the amount paid. Unfortunately you failed to provide us with one. We will still reimburse the cost of the furnace replacement if our request of proof is successfully provided.

We do not choose to give our customers later appointments without us being completely booked for the earlier months. We made sure to give you enough time to make arrangements in regards to the snow, as it was for your own benefit, and also necessary for the safety of our technicians (if the technician is injured while on your property, you would be fined). We do not appreciate your false statement of being told there would be an additional charge of $40, as you were not at all informed that and no such fees are charged by us. As well, as you had mentioned, we would have thought you are aware of it, and yes it is common sense to have dropped sheets on your new carpets, considering your carpets would get dirty due to the snow being dragged inside; if you had concerns you should have let us know earlier and possibility rescheduled at your own convenience. Once again we do not have control over the snow, weather conditions and the blackouts. We do not appreciate your comments about not having any idea of what you were to be charged for we had already informed customers that appointments/services that are cancelled by customers upon the arrival of the technician will be charged service charges plus the HST depending on the method of payment (HST for debit/credit). 360Duct ensures to have customers satisfied by providing a great service, and once again we do not appreciate reviews if you had not tried our service.

To begin with we do not appreciate reviews without trying our service. We did not really have control over giving you an appointment in December, as that was the best we could do in regards to our busy - already booked schedule. There could not have been a rescheduling of your appointment from Dec 28 to Dec 18 without first contacting you, and to our knowledge you had requested for an earlier appointment and as we had a slot open on the 18th you were given that time. It is unprofessional and unethical to share your commentary on the age of our employee. We do not cancel appointments without letting customers know, and any appointments that were not done on that day will be given a call and rescheduled within a week if not the same day. We honor the expired groupon if the customer had been rescheduled or given a date following the expiry of the groupon so there is no need for assumption that we did not show up as your groupon had expired. We would like for you to send us your name, address, number, and groupon number and barcode to 360duct@gmail.com to deal with this situation further. Once again we do not appreciate your review as you did not try our service.
