I also bought a Groupon coupon October 23rd 2013, first app't Jan 6 2014! The coupon was for my mother-in-laws house in Brampton who is 88 years old. 90 minutes before their arrival on Jan 6th, and after 2-3cm of fresh snow, I received a call advising that if the snow was not cleaned from the driveway there would be a additional charge of $40.00. I scrambled to arrange that. I then received a call from a very upset women (mother-in-law) who said the tech's were present and going to drag their dirty,salty,wet vent cleaning tubes through her freshly cleaned carpets at her expense! The two times I've had this done properly, companies and common sense would tell you to have drop sheets available? Then they wanted an additional $25.00 fee for something I still have no idea what it was for, plus the HST?? I told them to get out of the house and am dealing with groupon, and will be filing a formal complaint with the Ministry, and BBB. I called back spoke to Rachael, and the only response from her was, do I want to re-book?? Beware of this company, still in shock???

Hello Gharnden,
We do not choose to give our customers later appointments without us being completely booked for the earlier months. We made sure to give you enough time to make arrangements in regards to the snow, as it was for your own benefit, and also necessary for the safety of our technicians (if the technician is injured while on your property, you would be fined). We do not appreciate your false statement of being told there would be an additional charge of $40, as you were not at all informed that and no such fees are charged by us. As well, as you had mentioned, we would have thought you are aware of it, and yes it is common sense to have dropped sheets on your new carpets, considering your carpets would get dirty due to the snow being dragged inside; if you had concerns you should have let us know earlier and possibility rescheduled at your own convenience. Once again we do not have control over the snow, weather conditions and the blackouts. We do not appreciate your comments about not having any idea of what you were to be charged for we had already informed customers that appointments/services that are cancelled by customers upon the arrival of the technician will be charged service charges plus the HST depending on the method of payment (HST for debit/credit). 360Duct ensures to have customers satisfied by providing a great service, and once again we do not appreciate reviews if you had not tried our service.
